USING KLISTEN
Service terms
These terms describe use of the Klisten website and available APIs provided by Klisten Inc. Review the relevant service documentation and any written offer before using a paid service.
Last updated: October 8, 2026.
Available services and beta features
Access depends on the products, routes, and permissions enabled for your account. A product description, demonstration, roadmap, account, API key, or prepaid balance does not make an unlaunched feature available. Beta features may change and may require operator onboarding.
Use the current API documentation and verify the availability of your intended operation before integrating it into a production workflow. Separate integration or support work is governed by the scope and price agreed in its written offer.
Your account and agents
You must have authority to use the account, organization, tools, and information involved in your requests. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. Keep credentials private, assign only the permissions an integration needs, and revoke compromised or unused keys.
You are responsible for choosing which agents may use your account and setting their permissions and spending limits. An agent request made with your credentials is subject to those controls. A recommendation from Klisten does not replace your approval requirements.
Permitted use and submitted information
Use the services only for lawful, authorized activity. Do not submit targets you lack authority to inspect, bypass access controls or spending limits, interfere with other customers, or use the service to distribute malicious content. Do not submit credentials, personal information, or confidential material unless the operation requires it and you have authority to share it.
You retain your rights in information you submit. Klisten processes submitted information to provide the requested service and associated support, security, and usage records. See the privacy notice for account, service, and payment information handling.
Pricing, prepaid usage, and payment questions
When a paid feature is available, its applicable price, currency, and billable unit are those presented before purchase or in the agreed written offer. Planned prices shown for unavailable features are not an active checkout. Review the offer and supported service scope before paying.
Where prepaid usage is enabled, verified payments fund the account balance for supported services. Usage can reserve funds while a request is pending and finalize a charge when processing is resolved. Account and key limits restrict usage; setting a limit does not add funds. A payment approval screen or pending payment does not by itself confirm that funds have been credited.
Payment reversals, refunds, or disputes can require reconciliation and may pause further spending while the balance is reviewed. For a billing error, refund request, or unused-balance question, contact [email protected] with the relevant order or request reference. Do not include payment credentials. Applicable purchase terms and legal rights remain relevant; this page does not declare all payments non-refundable.
PayPal checkout is subject to PayPal's applicable terms. Funding an account does not authorize services, tools, or actions outside its configured permissions.
What checks and receipts mean
ToolGuard compares available evidence with configured policy. A policy check is not a fresh scan, a complete security audit, or a guarantee that a tool is safe. A signed receipt establishes a verifiable statement within its recorded scope, target, policy, and validity period; it does not guarantee every future behavior.
Verify signatures, target binding, expiry, and current receipt status in your execution path. Do not treat failed verification, unknown results, or a successful HTTP response alone as permission to execute. You remain responsible for the execution environment and deciding whether an action is appropriate.
Catalog entries, model comparisons, rankings, and other discovery outputs reflect the information and methods identified by the service. They may be incomplete or become outdated. They do not guarantee performance, savings, third-party availability, or licensing rights. A verification result is limited to the checks actually performed.
Availability and access restrictions
The service can experience errors, maintenance, provider outages, or changes in beta functionality. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability, an agreed service level, or a particular business outcome. Any separately agreed service commitment must be stated in the applicable written offer.
Requests may be limited or blocked because of permissions, budgets, invalid evidence, security concerns, or payment reconciliation. If access is restricted unexpectedly, contact support with the request identifier. Keep independent controls for critical or irreversible actions.
Questions and ending use
You can stop using the service and revoke your API keys. Contact [email protected] for account closure, balance questions, support, or clarification of these terms. Account closure and data deletion are separate from revoking a key or removing Google sign-in.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
