Klisten Documentation Agent License v1

Publisher: Klisten Inc. Terms ID: klisten-docs-agent-use-v1.

Effective from 8 October 2026, 16:44:52 UTC until 6 January 2027, 16:44:52 UTC. Owner approval was recorded in the deployment session at the effective time. This statement does not independently certify identity or ownership.

Territorial amendment approved on 10 October 2026: worldwide scope for grants issued after deployment of this amended license. The original expiry remains unchanged. Existing historical grants are not rewritten.

Covered material

This permission covers only Klisten-authored API documentation text and Klisten-owned code examples at https://klisten.co.kr/docs.html. It excludes third-party quotations, pasted material, external pages, third-party code or images, trademarks, customer or user data, secrets, account information, and material Klisten is not authorized to license. The page address is not a blanket license to embedded or linked content.

Free internal agent use worldwide

While its signed grant is valid, the named recipient organization may authorize its AI agents to read the covered material and produce internal summaries to understand, integrate with, troubleshoot, or use Klisten APIs. The permitted geographic scope is worldwide. Each grant names the recipient’s actual-use territory using an assigned ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code; only that named territory is covered by that grant. Agents must match the exact resource, audience, purpose, organization, and territory in their grant.

This permission is free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and cannot be sublicensed. Temporary working copies are permitted only for this internal purpose during the grant period. API service charges, access controls, and usage limits remain separate.

Excluded uses

No external redistribution, public republication, resale, sublicensing, competing documentation feed, model training, fine-tuning, reusable training dataset, or access to private endpoints is authorized. No rights in excluded third-party material are granted. Rights independently available under applicable law are unaffected.

Duration and revocation

Each grant lasts at most 30 minutes and cannot extend beyond these terms. Renewal requires a new current grant; renewal is not automatic. Klisten may revoke a grant or its signing key. Check ClearGate immediately before each new use. Stop new use when a grant expires, is revoked, or cannot be verified. An unavailable authorization or revocation source is not permission.

After expiry or revocation, delete temporary working copies and stop generating new summaries under that grant. Internal summaries created during valid use may remain solely as internal records, without external redistribution or reuse as a dataset. Revocation does not retroactively alter whether prior use was permitted.

What ClearGate checks

An AUTHORIZED response means the submitted use matched the checked grant and configured evidence at evaluation time. It does not certify ownership, accuracy, downstream compliance, or future availability. Revocation publication can have a bounded delay of up to 45 seconds; expired or unavailable registry evidence fails closed. ClearGate does not fetch or deliver this content. The agent retrieves the page separately with normal access controls and network-safety checks.
